6rwn Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6rwn ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 6rwn platform — including the website at 6rwn.club, the 6rwn mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

6rwn is an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, e-sports betting, casino games, and fishing games. All services are provided subject to these Terms, along with any additional rules or policies published on the 6rwn platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To use the 6rwn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not already hold an active or suspended 6rwn account under any name or identity.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 6rwn account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on 6rwn, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6rwn username and password.
• You must notify 6rwn support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 6rwn will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

6rwn reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may involve requesting a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

6rwn accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 6rwn may apply limits to specific accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 6rwn account balance in real time under normal conditions.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact 6rwn support with your transaction reference number.
• 6rwn does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your 6rwn account balance and are available for betting immediately upon confirmation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 6rwn account are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Under normal operating conditions, 6rwn processes withdrawals within one hour of the request being submitted.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is pending KYC verification or under a security review.
• 6rwn reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 8 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. 6rwn does not process third-party withdrawals.
• If a withdrawal is declined, 6rwn support will notify you with the reason and any steps required to resolve the issue.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 6rwn are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet on 6rwn, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• The minimum bet on 6rwn is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed on 6rwn, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 6rwn reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Delays in internet connection may result in bets being accepted at different odds than those initially displayed.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, 6rwn will settle bets in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market.
• 6rwn does not accept bets from players who have inside information about an event that is not publicly available.
• Winnings are credited to your 6rwn account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant market.

6rwn monitors all betting activity for patterns that may indicate match fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other forms of manipulation. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended and any winnings from affected bets will be voided.

7 Casino & Games

6rwn offers a range of casino and skill-influenced games including Monkey King Fishing, Bombing Fishing, Plinko, and Blackjack MH. All games on 6rwn use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Game results are final once the round is complete. No claims for technical errors will be accepted after a round has settled.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a connection issue on the player's side, 6rwn is not liable for any resulting loss of bets or game progress.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a fault on the 6rwn platform, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

• 6rwn reserves the right to remove or modify any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

6rwn offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All 6rwn bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable, subject to wagering completion.
• 6rwn bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• 6rwn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if the associated terms are not met.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all bonus winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of this period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6rwn platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the 6rwn platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the 6rwn platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the 6rwn platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the 6rwn platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a syndicate through a single 6rwn account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6rwn staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

6rwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 6rwn reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their 6rwn account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closure is finalised.

11 Responsible Gaming

6rwn is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The 6rwn responsible gaming tools are available to all players at any time and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• 6rwn will not send promotional communications to players who have activated self-exclusion.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact 6rwn support for immediate assistance.

12 Privacy & Data

6rwn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on 6rwn, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 6rwn, subject to legal retention requirements.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 6rwn's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds or game results that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

6rwn's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

6rwn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 6rwn will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
